We would actively encourage Mayyil job aspirants to contact us with details of your visas. If notified early, Mayyil Association can run a background check on the company like genuineness of offer, company reputation and if they had defaulted on employee salaries or benefits and whether your how your offer rates in the current UAE job market.

Databank of employees/employers : Mayyil Association would provide free career guidance and counseling and would be creating a database of employees shortly. Association members / job providers are requested to provide details of any job openings, so that we could spread it amongst our members for maximum effectiveness and coverage. When implemented, you could view any job openings or job applications in the databank.

Assistance to new entrants : A plan is in the advanced stages of implementation to give financial support to new entrants to Dubai, with flexible repayment modules (pay-when-you-get-paid).

Charity Services : With a view to give back what our home place had offered us, Mayyil Association provides financial support and assistance for the deserving in the fields of education. We also provide financial help to poor people in Mayyil who has been affected with life threatening diseases, within our limit.
